Kestrel Online Sales Now Open

Coronavirus Update – Our Online Sales Department is now Open

Firstly, we hope that you and your families are staying safe during this period.

Following government guidelines, we have now re-opened our online sales department for “click and collect” and deliveries.

Our showroom remains closed at the moment due to government restrictions, but our sales team are all working and responding to telephone calls and online sales enquiries.

We have the latest in video software which allows us to text or email you a full walkaround video of any bike you are interested in. It’s the next best thing to being in the showroom!

If you decide on a bike we can handle all the paperwork remotely, including finance applications and signing. Everything can be done from the comfort of your own home. When it comes to taking delivery of your new bike we can offer either an appointment for our click and collect service or delivery to your door.

We are busy at the moment so please bear with us. You can phone us on 02476 703900 or contact us by clicking the link below:-

At times, our phones maybe busy as we are working with reduced staff numbers at the moment, please be patient with us and we will get back to you.

What we are doing to keep you and our staff safe:-

  • If you are using our click and collect service please knock on the Honda entrance door and a member of staff will greet you.
  • At the entrance door we have a hand sanitiser station and we would ask you to stop and sanitise your hands before proceeding any further and on leaving.
  • Where possible please make payments by card rather than cash.
  • Your motorcycle will be sanitised by the salesman before being handed over to you.
  • When explaining the controls of your motorcycle please make sure to give the salesman 2 metres space. He will then step back so you can examine the bike yourself and ask any questions.
  • Our “Kestrel” mugs are temporarily out of action at the moment for safety so any drinks will be served in a disposable cup.
  • Please follow all signage on site at all times to keep everyone safe.
