Kestrel Service Department now open

Coronavirus Update – Our Service Department is now Open

Firstly we hope that you and your families are staying safe during this period.

Following government guidelines, we have now re-opened our service department for servicing, MOTs, and repairs. We are only operating an appointment basis so we can maintain all the required distancing rules and ensure we control the number of people on site.

We are busy at the moment as we catch up so please bear with us. You can book an appointment either by phone – 02476 703900 or by sending us an online message.

At times our phones maybe busy as we are working with reduced staff numbers at the moment, please be patient with us and we will get back to you.

What we are doing to keep you and our staff safe at this time:-

  1. When you arrive please knock on the Honda entrance door and a member of staff will let you in so you can walk through to the service desk.
  2. We have a one-way system in our showroom for dropping off bikes for service, please follow all the signage. We also have screens at the counter, and we would ask you not to attempt to look or move around the screens.
  3. At the entrance door we have a hand sanitiser station and we would ask you to stop and sanitise your hands before proceeding any further and on leaving.
  4. Please remove your motorcycle key from any keyring or other keys before you hand it over.
  5. Where possible please make payments by card rather than cash.
  6. Your motorcycle will be sanitised by the technician before being handed back over to you.
  7. Our “Kestrel” mugs are temporarily out of action at the moment for safety so any drinks will be served in a disposable cup.
  8. Please follow all signage on site at all times to keep everyone safe.
